國(guó)家鄉(xiāng)村振興局正式掛牌

　　2021年2月25日，國(guó)家鄉(xiāng)村振興局牌子正式掛出。

　　國(guó)家鄉(xiāng)村振興局在原“國(guó)務(wù)院扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室”所在地正式掛牌。

　　作為國(guó)務(wù)院議事協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)，國(guó)務(wù)院扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組(the State Council Leading Group of Poverty Alleviation and Development)成立于1986年5月16日，當(dāng)時(shí)稱(chēng)國(guó)務(wù)院貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，1993年12月28日改用現(xiàn)名。

　　國(guó)家鄉(xiāng)村振興局正式掛牌，既是我國(guó)脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)取得全面勝利(complete victory of the fight against poverty)的一個(gè)標(biāo)志，也是全面實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略(comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy)，奔向新生活、新奮斗的起點(diǎn)。

　　2018年發(fā)布的《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的意見(jiàn)》，對(duì)實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了全面部署。

　　文件指出，鄉(xiāng)村振興，產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺(thriving businesses)是重點(diǎn);生態(tài)宜居(pleasant living environment)是關(guān)鍵;鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明(social etiquette and civility)

　　是保障;治理有效(effective governance)是基礎(chǔ);生活富裕(prosperity)是根本;擺脫貧困(out of poverty)是前提。

　　文件確定了實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo)任務(wù)：到2020年，鄉(xiāng)村振興取得重要進(jìn)展(substantial progress in rural vitalization)，

　　制度框架和政策體系基本形成(the strategy should have established an institutional framework and policy system);

　　到2035年，鄉(xiāng)村振興取得決定性進(jìn)展(decisive progress will be achieved in rural vitalization)，

　　農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化基本實(shí)現(xiàn)(basically realize modernization of agriculture and rural areas);

　　到2050年，鄉(xiāng)村全面振興，農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)、農(nóng)村美、農(nóng)民富全面實(shí)現(xiàn)(rural areas should have strong agriculture, a beautiful countryside and well-off farmers)。

　　月球樣品在國(guó)家博物館展出

　　2月22日，國(guó)家博物館發(fā)布消息稱(chēng)，嫦娥五號(hào)帶回的月球樣本已運(yùn)抵國(guó)博，策展團(tuán)隊(duì)正在精心策展、布展中，即將面向社會(huì)公眾展出。

　　The lunar samples are preserved in a delicate container made of artificial crystal.月球樣品保存在一個(gè)人工水晶制成的精美容器中。

　　Designed in the shape of a Zun, a traditional Chinese bronze ware, the container is 38.44 cm high and 22.89 cm wide. The size refers to the average distance between the Earth and the moon of 384,400 km and the 22.89-day-long lunar probe task, respectively.

　　容器造型借鑒自我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的青銅“尊”造型。高38.44厘米，象征地球與月亮平均間距384400公里;寬22.89厘米，象征嫦娥五號(hào)自發(fā)射到返回的任務(wù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)22.89天。

　　2020年11月24日，嫦娥五號(hào)發(fā)射成功，12月17日凌晨，完成“挖土”之旅返回地球，帶回約1731克月球樣品。

　　月球樣品，主要為月壤，即覆蓋在月球表面的“土壤”(soil on the lunar surface)，包含微細(xì)的礦物顆粒(mineral particles)、巖石碎屑(rock fragments)和玻璃質(zhì)微粒(glassy particles)等。月壤顆粒質(zhì)地微細(xì)，主要由氧(oxygen)、硅(silicon)、鋁( aluminum)、鐵(iron)、鎂(magnesium)、鈣(calcium)、鈉(natrium)、鉀(kalium)、鈦(titanium)等元素構(gòu)成，不含任何有機(jī)養(yǎng)分(organic nutrients)，而且非常干燥。

　　1月18日，國(guó)家航天局首次對(duì)外發(fā)布了《月球樣品管理辦法》。

　　The lunar samples will be divided into four categories-permanent storage, backup permanent storage, research, and public-interest purposes, according to the regulations.

　　辦法規(guī)定，月球樣品原則上將分為永久存儲(chǔ)、備份永久存儲(chǔ)、研究和公益四種基礎(chǔ)用途。

　　按照基礎(chǔ)用途：永久存儲(chǔ)和備份永久存儲(chǔ)樣品作為原始樣品進(jìn)行封存(sealed and stored as original samples);研究樣品用于月球科學(xué)研究、分析(scientific research and analysis);公益樣品用于展覽(public exhibition)、科普、教育(science education)等公益性活動(dòng)。
