　　VI. The city of Kunming is in the southwest of China. It’s the capital of Yunnan Province. People call Yunnan the “Kingdom of plants”and Kunming the “City of Spring”. That’s because the weather there is like spring all the year round and thousands of kinds of plants grow around it.

　　Kunming is also famous for its Store Forest. Many people come to see the “forest-like stones”every year. They can not only enjoy the wonderful sight(景色), but also the famous food ––“cross-bridge rice noodles”(“過橋米線”).

　　Yunnan has the most minority nationalities(少數(shù)民族)of China. The people living in Yunnan Province are also famous in the country: they are hard-working and good at singing and dancing. Many singers and dancers from all over the country come to learn from them.
