　　隨著中國經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)快速的發(fā)展，中國人民的生存和發(fā)展權(quán)得到了較大的改善。 城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入不斷增長，人民總體生活水平不斷提高，城鄉(xiāng)居民住房條件和居住環(huán)境也得到改觀。中國政府采取了有力措施幫助農(nóng)村貧苦人口脫貧。中國的扶貧成就證明人類消除貧困并不是要不可及的目標。

　　中國政府高度重視提高人民的健康水平，維護其環(huán)境權(quán)益。為保障人民的健康安全,國家制定了一系列法規(guī),并采取了有力措施打擊環(huán)境違法行為, 使一些地區(qū)的環(huán)境質(zhì)量得到了明顯的改善。目前，中國人民的健康總體水平已超過中等收入國家的平均水平，處于發(fā)展中國家前列。

　　China is a developing country, and its human rights conditions are in a process of sustained development and perfection. The Chinese government pays special attention to respecting and safeguarding human rights. It will take effective measures to promote the development of human rights and to raise the level of human rights and basic freedom enjoyed by the Chinese people.

　　Thanks to the development of China’s stable economy/As China has secured rapid and steady economic development, the Chinese people’s living standards and developing rights have a great improvement/improved significantly. The income of urban and rural residents has been increasing continuously, and the living conditions and living environment also improved. The Chinese government has taken strong measures to help rural people get rid of poverty. It’s proved that eliminating poverty is not an untouchable goal for human beings.
