　　關(guān)于工作的話題對于很多還在學(xué)校里的考生來說都比較陌生，工作考慮的方面無非是薪資待遇，工作環(huán)境，發(fā)展前景等，上面這道例題就可以從這三方面來看。

　　Aspect 1: Salary

　　人工作最基本的要求是要有收入，不論多少，總歸需要來維持生活的。通常來說，大公司能支付的薪水可能比小公司要高，但是有些小公司為了發(fā)展壯大也愿意支付高薪水來吸引特殊人才。

　　Sample sentences:

　　1. In general, large companies would like to offer higher salaries than small companies, which is a key attraction to most people.

　　2. In order to develop, small companies will offer high salaries to attract employees with high ability.

　　Aspect 2: Working Environment

　　工作環(huán)境有硬件和軟件之分，大公司的硬件通常比較好，在高檔商業(yè)區(qū)(CBD)和高檔寫字樓(office buildings)中，但是小公司的軟件即工作氛圍可能會更好，因為人事關(guān)系(human relations)比大公司簡單。

　　Sample sentences:

　　1. Compared with small companies, large companies are normally located in luxurious CBD and office buildings.

　　2. However, the human relations are much more comfortable and relaxed in small companies compared with large companies.

　　Aspect 3: Prospect

　　對于新入職的員工(freshman)來說，工作前景比福利待遇要更重要，因為薪水可以隨著入職時間增長而增加，但是工作前景關(guān)系到一個人未來能走到什么位置。

　　Sample sentences:

　　1. As a freshman, job prospect is much more important than salaries, so it’s hard to measure which kind of company is better.

　　2. Most large companies have already matured, so the top management has been full geared, on the contrary, small companies are full of opportunities for promotion.
