　　原因1: 讓藝術(shù)生去畫stairwell

　　原因2：在暑假期間裝飾

　　聽力態(tài)度：贊成

　　原因1：對(duì)于藝術(shù)生來說是個(gè)好事，因?yàn)槠匠Ｖ挥幸荒暌淮蔚恼褂[機(jī)會(huì)，太少了，而且?guī)滋炀统纷�。但�?stairwell是永久的。學(xué)生可以一直展示。

　　原因2：在暑假期間畫非常好，因?yàn)槠匠�學(xué)生很多人都在樓梯上走動(dòng)，大家都樓梯，暑假正好沒人。

　　標(biāo)題：generation effect

　　定義： tendency that information is better remembered if it is generated from one's own mind rather than simply read.

　　聽力例子：教授舉了一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)，一些人讓他們看一個(gè)soft-drink 的廣告，介紹一個(gè)splash的牌子，說了很多廣告語，比如這個(gè)多好喝，refresh，過了幾天，問這些人記得軟飲的名字么，沒人記得。但第二個(gè)廣告，前面都一樣，但在最后問了一句，what is the name of the soft-drink 留了幾面讓大家腦補(bǔ)回答。過了幾天，問這些人記得軟飲的名字么，大家基本都記得了。

　　Task 5

　　問題：Sam最近給一個(gè)老師做research assistant，但是人物太重了，上個(gè)禮拜做了12個(gè)小時(shí)，導(dǎo)致他沒時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)考試和其他東西。

　　解決方案1：跟教授說一下減少workload

　　優(yōu)點(diǎn)1：可以休息有時(shí)間

　　缺點(diǎn)1：Sam打算讓老師寫recommendation letter，這樣有影響

　　解決方案2：quit 簡直工作

　　優(yōu)點(diǎn)2：有時(shí)間做工作

　　缺點(diǎn)2：但是暑假畢業(yè)想去旅行，就沒錢了

　　話題：caterpillar的保護(hù)自己方法

　　要點(diǎn)1：physical feature

　　例子1：一種毛毛蟲身上長滿了硬硬的刺，捕食者在咽下去的時(shí)候很難受。

　　要點(diǎn)2：讓其他動(dòng)物保護(hù)自己

　　例子2：毛毛蟲會(huì)分泌一種sweet liquid，所以一種ant把sweet作為食物來源，捕食者要吃毛毛蟲，ant就會(huì)把捕食者咬走。
