　　One of your friends has been working for ten years after graduation. Now he is planning to return back to the university to further study, from your perspective, what kind of challenge or difficulty does he confront?

　　A person returning to university studies after spending ten years in the workforce will encounter several new challenges.

　　First, technology has changed the ways that classrooms are run, so the person will have to adjust to new processes. For example, there may be online elements to assignments or speeches may require visual media such as PowerPoint slides.

　　Another change is the relative maturity of the students. If the person has worked for ten years, he or she will bring a completely different set of experiences to a classroom. The student may find discussions undeveloped, idealistic, or immature.

　　These are just a few of the challenges faced by a person returning to university studies after a long break.
