The photo captures a key moment when he was striving to cross one hurdle, concentrating all his attention and strength. 　　Not only has Liu Xiang won national pride for the Chinese people, his deeds also instill us with a belief that, whenever equipped with sufficient willingness and efforts, we can always fulfill the Olympic motto of being faster, higher and stronger. That is to say, such a spirit can be adopted in everybody’s life and work, spurring people to overcome any difficulty and conquer any challenge. 　　Anyone who sees this picture would be convinced that such an activity must generate international friendship among the young.
