　　Dear Mr. President,

　　I am Li Ming, a junior student from the Department of Psychology, I am sorry to occupy your precious time, but I really want to talk about the canteen service on campus.

　　The canteen service seems to be getting worse and worse ever since last semester. The dishes are so limited that they seem to remain unchanged day after day. To make matters worse, the quantity has been on the decline while the prices are on the rise. It is true that we have a large and clean dining-hall, but is still can’t meet the increasing demand of all the students and teaching staff. If we do not finish our morning classes ahead of time, some of us can not find their seats in ten minutes. The service is also far from satisfactory. The waiters and waitresses are so indifferent and cold. It seems to me that all they have to do is receiving money and hanging out bowls and plates.

　　I hope you can help to put an end to this situation and restore our confidence in the canteen service.
