　　建議類

　　建議類信函的寫(xiě)作目的是就某個(gè)問(wèn)題，給收信人提出建議、忠告或改進(jìn)措施。寫(xiě)這類信 函時(shí)應(yīng)注意措辭和語(yǔ)氣。

　　必備句式： 【第一段】

　　I am writing to you to suggest 建議that…

　　I am writing to offer you my advice給你一些建議 on your…

　　I am writing with my proposals目的 about…

　　【第二段】

　　I would like to share with some suggestions at the setting out of your campus life on…. 就大學(xué)生活給你一些建議

　　In the first place, it is preferable that you should… 第一點(diǎn)，你最好...

　　In addition, you had better… 另外你最好...

　　Finally…最好...
