　　申請(qǐng)類信函的寫作目的是通過(guò)介紹個(gè)人信息及其個(gè)人經(jīng)歷向收信人提出想得到某個(gè)工

　　作職位或?qū)W位等請(qǐng)求的信件。寫這類信函時(shí)注意用語(yǔ)禮貌。 必備句式：

　　【第一段】

　　I am writing this letter to recommend推薦 myself as a qualified candidate for the job of….

　　I am writing to you in the hope that I may obtain an opportunity 有機(jī)會(huì)做......to do graduate study in your university.

　　【第二段】

　　I am confident that I am qualified for it.我確信能勝任。

　　I have not only the professional knowledge and practical experience but also creative mind and inquiring spirit needed for this job.我不僅有專業(yè)知識(shí)，實(shí)際的操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)還有與工作相關(guān)的創(chuàng)意(和探索精神)。

　　I believe these virtues make me a proper candidate for this job/the scholarship/program.我相信這些品德能符合這個(gè)工作/獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金/項(xiàng)目的要求。
