　　此篇屬應(yīng)用文文體，是對客戶的道歉函。首先應(yīng)該注意道歉函的格式，其次要注意正文部分的寫作層次：文章的開頭就要說明寫信人對對方的歉疚之情并明確說明無法赴約的原因，然后要和客戶另約時間見面，所以語言要誠懇，盡量使用簡短的句式把意思表達(dá)清楚。最后要注意再次對收信人表示抱歉，并表明期待盡早得到回復(fù)。
