邀請信 Invitation Letter

　　邀請信是寫信人對收信人的一種盛情邀約。邀請信分為正式邀請信和非正式邀請信。非正式邀請用詞比較隨便;正式邀請信則是向收信人發(fā)出正式邀請，用語和格式均比較規(guī)范、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。

　　邀請信通常包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容：發(fā)出邀請;說明邀請對方做什么事;說明活動時間和地點(diǎn);表達(dá)期待或感謝之情。

　　寫作“三步走”：

　　說明邀請目的—>說明活動安排—>期待盡早回復(fù)

　　Tips:

　　信中要說明關(guān)于活動的詳細(xì)信息，包括活動時間、地點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容，有時需要說明參加活動的人員。語氣要熱情真摯，但不要強(qiáng)人所難。

　　Directions:

　　You are going to celebrate your 23rd birthday with a big party. Write a letter to invite your friend Anne to the party. In the letter, please specify the time and the location, explain the activities, and express your wish for her attendance.

　　You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET 2.

　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Li Ming” instead.
