　　Four Islamic terror groups in the southern Philippines have jointly formed a satellite extension of the Islamic State (IS), Australia’s The Age newspaper reported on Monday. This indicates that the Islamic Sate is seeking influence in more regions, experts say. The branch is based on Mindanao Island, the most lawless part of the Philippines, where Muslim guerrillas have waged a continuous war against the government.
