　　Task2: Some people think the fittest and strongest individuals and team will win insports, while othersbelieve it is those who have a good mental attitude will win in theend.Discuss both views and give your own opinion. 一些人認(rèn)為有實(shí)力的運(yùn)動(dòng)員會(huì)贏得比賽，但一些人認(rèn)為良好心理素質(zhì)可以讓運(yùn)動(dòng)獲勝，討論雙方觀點(diǎn)并給出自己的觀點(diǎn)。

　　實(shí)力的重要性

　　1) 實(shí)力能夠直接影響運(yùn)動(dòng)員的心理素質(zhì)( a perfectphysique level would exert a positive influenceon their mentality)，讓他們更加底氣十足地去打比賽 (have more confidence in facing opponents)

　　2) 運(yùn)動(dòng)員的實(shí)力，如個(gè)人的的身體素質(zhì)，直接關(guān)系到戰(zhàn)術(shù)事實(shí) (isclosely related to theapplication of the strategies in sports competition)

　　3) 能夠避免比賽中受制于人 (don’t confined to theopponent)，盲目出擊的問題 (use strategiesblindly)，比如基本功和平時(shí)戰(zhàn)術(shù)的練習(xí)到位了，就減少了很過盲目性 (reduce blindness)

　　良好心理素質(zhì)的重要性

　　1) 有利于控制情緒 (control emotion)，避免一些戰(zhàn)術(shù)的不合理運(yùn)用(refrain from someunreasonable strategies)以及和裁判較勁的行為(irrational behavior towards referee )

　　2) 能夠鼓舞士氣(boost morality)，從精神上給對(duì)手施以壓力(put stress on the opponentspiritually)

　　3) 能一定程度上減輕隊(duì)友的精神壓力(reduce mentalpressure of the teammates)，促進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作(upgrade cooperation)，從而更好地發(fā)揮出原有實(shí)力(have more potential to explore )
