　　The harmony between human beings and the environment as well as culture should be of contradiction and unification. It is so arbitrary to say tourists are unlikely to become accountable for both the culture and the environment of they visit. First and foremost, any awareness can be transplanted into the innocent minds of most people. Whether tourists can realize the significance of preserving the resort they choose to visit completely depends on the potency of educating and campaigning. After all, no one is keen on destroying wonderful things on purpose. Nevertheless, the key point lies in the method and degree that a tourist masters to treat culture and environment in a responsible way, which can be acquired through continuous infusion, for instance, cultural respect and environmental preservation. Human beings only do what their consciousness tells them to. Therefore, it is a haste conclusion to define tourists as irresponsible group. Despite the difficulty of implementing the self-awareness and the different qualities in diverse people, these do not necessarily mean the loss of civil morality. Much less, the local Tourist Administration has spared no efforts to make cautions for the sake of guiding tourists. Thus, irresponsibility will be fined by the spot-supervisor or despised by other visitors, on condition that they behave inappropriately. Therefore, albeit one lacks cultural and environmental awareness, he/she must has his/her bottom line in moral or dignity. Finally, in the course of time, the responsibility that a tourist is supposed to own will be formed and deepened to some extent. In conclusion, whether through the subjective inculcation of cultural and environmental consciousness or through objective supervisions from officials or individuals, tourists are able to become culture-respectful and environmental-friendly visitors.(281字)
