樸槿惠被彈劾下臺

　　韓聯(lián)社3月10日報道稱，韓國憲法法院10日對總統(tǒng)彈劾案進行宣判，認定彈劾理由成立，樸槿惠被彈劾下臺，不再享受總統(tǒng)禮遇。

　　根據(jù)《前任總統(tǒng)禮遇法》，樸槿惠若干滿五年任期，國家將提供與總統(tǒng)任內年薪相差無幾的總統(tǒng)任后年金、紀念項目資金支持、警衛(wèi)服務、辦公室、高干病房、1名私人司機和3名秘書等。如被憲法法院罷免總統(tǒng)職務，除保留最長10年的警衛(wèi)服務外，其他禮遇將一筆勾銷。此外，樸槿惠還將喪失任內依憲享有的檢控豁免特權，并將以嫌疑人身份接受檢方調查。同時，樸槿惠5年內不得出仕。

　　但是，樸槿惠代理律師團在彈劾案庭審中曾表示國會的彈劾程序有悖于法律，因此樸槿惠方面是否會要求復審備受矚目。根據(jù)韓國有關法律規(guī)定，與普通法院不同，韓國憲法法院遵循單審制，一旦宣判結果當即生效。但一般認為“非影響憲法法院裁決的重大事項”時，可允許復審。
