Here comes the reason, in China, Almost all people think that civil servant is a promising Job, for example, Civil servants can enjoy generous salary, social insurance and other benefits. However, in the other hand, it is also a argument job. On account of most public servants do the job just for preferential treatment but ignored the nature of the job to serve the people. So, as far as I am concerned, what we choose a job should just because our interest rather than the interests.
