　　From this picture, we can see that a man fall into a river accidentally, and he raised his hands to ask others for help. But the people standing by the river are unwilling to help him and they all take out the phone to take pictures. And the other picture, an old man fell down, but the passers-by all left, no one want to help the old man stand up.

　　So, this two pictures reflect a social problem which people dare not show their helping hands to those in need. For most people, when they meet the situation as the pictures saying, they dare not to help others and choose to ignore it. So should we help others in need?

　　As we all know, helping others has always been a virtue in traditional Chinese culture. But what’s strange nowadays is that people dare not show their helping hands to those in need. I think people’s moral sense has degraded, many people find it growingly hard to help others. Then, there is no denying that some tragic events turn out to be traps by people with evil intentions. So people are becoming more risk-conscious.

　　In general, I contend the idea that we should be warm-hearted and help others in need. Only in this way can we live in a more peaceful happy life.
