3月5日上午，十三屆全國人大二次會議開幕會結(jié)束后，2019年全國兩會第二場“部長通道”在人民大會堂舉行。農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部部長韓長賦介紹，今年要推動全國三萬個村莊，大體上是一千萬的農(nóng)戶實現(xiàn)改廁，中央財政計劃安排70億元支持這項工作。韓長賦表示，農(nóng)村環(huán)境整治不是一個簡單的事，要真抓實干、久久為功。
