　　厲以寧，江蘇儀征人，1930年11月出生于南京，著名經(jīng)濟學(xué)家，中國經(jīng)濟學(xué)界泰斗。1951年考入北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)系，1955年畢業(yè)后留校工作、任教至今。厲以寧教授在經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論方面著書多部，并發(fā)表了大量文章，是我國最早提出股份制改革理論的學(xué)者之一。他提出了中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的非均衡理論，并對“轉(zhuǎn)型”進行理論探討，這些都對中國經(jīng)濟的改革與發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深遠影響。

　　Li Yining

　　A native of Yizheng, Jiangsu Province born in November 1930 in Nanjing, Li Yining is a famous economist and a leading figure in the economics community in China. He was admitted to the Department of Economics of Peking University and has been teaching at the university since graduation in 1955. Professor Li Yining has authored many of books on economic theory and is one of the first scholars to have proposed shareholder reform China. He also developed the Non-Equilibrium Theory and initiated theoretical discussions on China’s economic transformation. His works have had a profound influence on China’s economic reform and development.
