　　Li Daokui, PhD of economics in Harvard University, published the theory on obscure property rights of the economy in transformation in the 1990s, to shed light on the issue over the entry of emerging enterprises in the economy in transformation; and later he proposed with other cooperators the theory on increment privatization and discussed the restructuring of state-owned enterprises. He also served as a faculty member in many universities and member of the monetary policy committee of People’s Bank of China. He is also a prominent economist in the public media.
