　　Records of the Three Kingdoms, authored by Chen Shou, a historian of the Western Jin Dynasty, is a history of dynasties, recording the period of the three kingdoms, as well as being one of the historical records enjoying the highest praise among the 24 histories. It was initially spread in the form of three individual books—History of Wei, History of Shu and History of Wu, which was integrated into one until the 6th year of Xianping in the Northern Song Dynasty (1003).
