　　The Chinese Aviation Museum, located at the foot of Datangshan, Changping District, Beijing, is China’s first large aviation museum open to the public. Built in1986, it was officially opened in November 1989. Covering an area of over 700,000 square meters, it houses a collection of over 270 planes, 99 planes as national cultural relics and nearly 10,000 cultural relics of aviation. As a national museum on the military subject integrating education and tourism, it is also the largest in Asia and a world top-5 aviation museum.
