　　Established in 1916, the Geological Museum of China is the first national geological museum in China and also the largest of its kind in Asia. It houses over 0.2 million geological specimens such as ancient human fossils, prehistoric creature fossils, the world’s largest crystal and the mineral specimens endemic to China.
