　　Liuzi Opera is a local form of opera, popular in over 30 counties where the provinces of Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Anhui and Hebei border each other, and in the central cities of Jining, Heze and Taian in Shandong as well as Xuzhou in Jiangsu. It mainly consists of two parts: folk songs and Liuzi. Through its sweet and beautiful melody, even complicated and exquisite emotions can be fully expressed. Moreover, its rustic and bold performance creates its unique playing style, and its action design is vividly close to true life. In 2006, Liuzi Opera was included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
