塑造、培養(yǎng)：

　　cultivate

　　e.g. You should cultivate the habit of listening to what you are told. 你應(yīng)當(dāng)養(yǎng)成傾聽(tīng)別人對(duì)你講話的習(xí)慣。

　　develop

　　e.g. The students developed their reading skills further during this term. 本學(xué)期學(xué)生們進(jìn)一步提高了閱讀技巧。

　　foster

　　e.g. If you have this quality in your relationship already, perhaps you can foster it so you can hold onto it. 如果在這段關(guān)系中你已經(jīng)具備了這種能力，也許你可以培養(yǎng)它，因此掌握它。

　　mould

　　e.g. Whether good or bad, theories mould our patterns of behavior and even transform us. 不論好壞,理論塑造了我們的行為模式，甚至轉(zhuǎn)變了我們

　　shape

　　build

　　occasionally

　　e.g. There's no harm in your staying up late occasionally.

　　sometimes

　　e.g. I differed with my partner sometimes, but we usually agree. 我有時(shí)與我的伙伴爭(zhēng)論,但我們通常是一致的。

　　once in a while

　　e.g. He comes to our room for a chat every once in a while.

　　on some occasions
