　　To account for this phenomenon, people have come up with various reasons listed below. To begin with, more and more people buy private cars, which gives rise to more serious traffic congestion. In addition, a rising number of people from rural areas are pouring into big cities,among whom many lack the sense of abiding by traffic rules, which will undoubtedly have a badeffect on traffic.
