　　It is obvious that there are some problems in college English learning. In my opinion, something most discouraging is that many students find difficulty in communicating with a native speaker although they have learned English for many years.

　　There are two reasons explaining this phenomenon. Firstly, most of the students, even many teachers of English pay little attention to the use of the language. To them, the most important thing of learning English is to memorize some grammatical rules and enlarge the vocabulary. Secondly, many students have not realized the real purpose of learning English. They hold that they study English to pass tests, not to master a useful tool for their own use.

　　To change this situation, my suggestion is that more emphasis be put on improving communicative abilities in English. For example, why not advocate that the listening and speaking should be included in the test of English at various levels?

　　本文的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)準(zhǔn)確，三個(gè)段落的過(guò)渡自然。文章開(kāi)頭句子明確提出問(wèn)題It is obvious that there are some problems in college English learning，第二段首句提出產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象的原因有兩個(gè)There are two reasons explaining this phenomenon，末段的首句用To change this situation來(lái)承接上文，最后用for example引出自己的建議。
