剪紙是中國民間藝術(shù)的一種獨特形式,有2000多年歷史。剪紙很可能源于漢代,繼紙張發(fā)明之后。從此,它在中國的許多地方得到了普及。剪紙用的材料和工具很簡單:紙和剪刀。剪紙作品通常是用紅紙做成的,因為紅色在中國傳統(tǒng)文化中與幸福相關(guān)。因此,在婚禮、春節(jié)等喜慶場合,紅顏色的剪紙是門窗裝飾的首選。
Paper-cutting is a unique and special form of Chinesefolk art, with a history of 2,000 years. Paper-cutting is likely to come fromthe Han Dynasty, after the paper was invented. Since then, it has gainedpopularity in the famous places in China. The materials and tools used forpaper cutting are simple: paper and a knife. Paper-cut works are usually madeof red paper, because red is associated with happiness in traditional Chineseculture. Therefore, in weddings, Chinese New Year and other festive occasions,red-colored paper-cutting is the first choice to decorate doors and windows.
