　　醫(yī)鬧是指受雇于醫(yī)療糾紛的患者方，與患者家屬一起，采取各種途徑以嚴(yán)重妨礙醫(yī)療秩序、擴大事態(tài)、給醫(yī)院造成負(fù)面影響的形式給醫(yī)院施加壓力從中牟利的行為。2012年4月30日，衛(wèi)生部、公安部聯(lián)合發(fā)出《關(guān)于維護醫(yī)療機構(gòu)秩序的通告》，明確警方將依據(jù)《治安管理處罰法》，對醫(yī)鬧等予以處罰，乃至追究刑事責(zé)任。

　　Medical Dispute Profiteers

　　Medical dispute profiteers are people hired by the patient party of a medical dispute to press against the hospital for compensation in order to make profit by seriously disrupting the order of the hospital in various ways, together with the patient’s family members, by sensationalizing the dispute and smearing the hospital. Called “Yinao” in Chinese, these profiteers travel around big hospitals, eagerly looking for patients in medical disputes. When they’ve found one, they violate the hospital’s working order with family members of the patient concerned, in order to coerce the hospital into paying exorbitant compensation.
