　　The economic lever refers to the economic measures the state or economic organizations take under socialist conditions to influence, adjust and control economic activities such as social production, exchange, distribution and consumption, by means of the law of value and principle of physical interests, to achieve national economic and social development, and includes factors such as price, taxation, credit, salary, bonus and exchange rate, etc. In the socialist economy, the economic lever has broad effects: adjustment effect and driving (mobilizing) effect.
