Speeding up the implementation of the free trade zone strategy is an important part of China’s new round of opening-up to the outside world. The 3rd Plenary Session of 18th CPC proposed the acceleration of the free trade zone strategy based on peripheral conditions to form the high-standard free trade zone network open to the globe. Speeding up the free trade zone strategy is an objective requirement for China to adapt to the new trend of economic globalization and an inevitable choice to deepen the reform in an all-round way and building a new open economy.
