　　The "joint state private ownership" is a kind of socialist transformation of the national capitalist industry and commerce and it adopts an advanced form of state capitalism. It generally underwent two stages—joint state private ownership of individual enterprises and that of all industries, which mainly took the form of increasing public shareholding in private enterprises (the ownership of enterprises turned from capitalist ownership to joint private-public ownership).
