　　Recently, a study concerning the effects of smart phones to our brain had been conducted by a group of researchers. They discovered that people are worse at conducting tasks and remembering information if they have a smart phone within eye shot. One of the researchers of this study points out that although smart phones have immense potential to improve welfare, their persistent presence may come at a cognitive cost. Even when people are successful at maintaining sustained attention—as temptation to check their phones—the presence of these devices reduces available cognitive capability.
