　　Mengding Tea, a traditional green tea for the Han (China’s main ethnic group) with a long history, is produced in Mengshan Mountain across Mingshan County and Ya’an County in Sichuan Province. It requires an average annual temperature of 14.5℃ and an average annual rainfall from 2000 to 2200mm. Mist and clouds contribute to lower amounts of direct sunshine and more diffusion, which contribute to the formation of nitrogen content in tea leaves.
