　　Fujian Tulou, or Hakka Tulou, is a form of two or more level housing built using earth, wood, stone, and bamboo held together with unbaked sand clay and clay sand. Proportions vary, and construction incorporates a form of "sandwich plates". As a treasure of the residences in Fujian, Tulou, which is exemplified by the Tulou buildings at Yongding, were included in the World Heritage List in July of 2008.
