　　安塞腰鼓是陜西省的傳統(tǒng)民俗舞蹈，多采用集體表演形式，少則數(shù)十人，多時(shí)可達(dá)百余人。安塞腰鼓以其獨(dú)特風(fēng)格、豪邁粗獷、剛勁奔放、氣勢(shì)磅礴而聞名天下，有機(jī)地糅合了秧歌和武術(shù)動(dòng)作，充分表現(xiàn)了黃土地人民憨厚樸實(shí)、悍勇威武而又開朗樂觀的性格。2006年，安塞腰鼓被列入第一批國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。

With an effortless combination of yangge dance and martial arts choreography, Ansai waist drum dance fully displays the personalities of the people in the Loess Plateau regions and the values they hold. Namely, to be honest and earnest, brave and determined, while also being open and optimistic. Ansai waist drum dance was included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List in 2006.
