　　The Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium was the venue for football preliminaries during the 29th Olympic Games. Its nickname is "Water Drop". Located in the southwest of Tianjin, it has become a landmark of the coastal city. The 1.5 billion yuan, 60,000-seat stadium features an eight-lane, 400-meter oval track, and a pitch for football or track-and-field events. In addition, the stadium can also host large-scale theatrical performances, meetings, exhibitions and music concerts. At present, the stadium is the home-ground of Tianjin TEDA football club in the Chinese Football Super League.
