正因如此，許多減肥人士也常常會通過看吃播視頻來“望梅止渴”。但研究表明，看吃播可能會讓你越來越胖……

讓人產(chǎn)生食欲的是一種胃里產(chǎn)生的肽，即胃饑餓素(ghrelin)。它通過血液循環(huán)作用于大腦，能夠調(diào)節(jié)人體的食欲和進食行為。

早在2012年，馬克斯·普朗克學會(Max-Planck-Gesellschaft)的研究人員就發(fā)現(xiàn)，在瀏覽了美食圖片后，人們血液中的胃饑餓素含量升高。

A study on healthy young men has documented that the amount of the neurosecretory protein hormone, ghrelin, in the blood increases as the result of visual stimulation. In other words, the mere sight of delicious food stimulates the appetite.

研究表明，看吃播的人們即便當下忍住不吃，在后續(xù)的飲食中，也會更加傾向于選擇高熱量且不太健康的食物。

期刊《Appetite》曾發(fā)布一項隨機對照試驗(randomized controlled trial)，實驗中的研究人員將熱量都是800卡路里的巧克力糖果、奶酪卷和胡蘿卜提供給了受試者，并將他們分成觀看烹飪節(jié)目組和觀看自然節(jié)目組。

結果發(fā)現(xiàn)，觀看了烹飪節(jié)目的人攝入了更多的巧克力糖果。

Participants were randomized to watch a cooking or nature television program, and were then presented with 800 total calories of chocolates, cheese curls, and carrots. After controlling for dietary restraint, hunger and food preference, significantly more chocolate was consumed among individuals who watched the cooking program compared to the nature program.
