12月2日，正在西班牙首都馬德里舉行的聯(lián)合國世界旅游組織第24屆大會(huì)(the 24th General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization)公布了首批“世界最 佳旅游鄉(xiāng)村”名單，中國浙江省安吉縣的余村和安徽省黟縣的西遞村入選。

The "Best Tourism Villages" initiative aims to promote the role of tourism in protecting rural villages, along with their landscapes, natural and cultural diversity, local values and activities.

“世界最 佳旅游鄉(xiāng)村”評選倡議旨在促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)在保護(hù)鄉(xiāng)村自然資源、景觀和文化多樣性，以及當(dāng)?shù)貎r(jià)值觀念和特色活動(dòng)等方面發(fā)揮作用。

2021年首批聯(lián)合國世界旅游組織“世界最 佳旅游鄉(xiāng)村”評選工作于5月開始，全球174個(gè)村莊參加這次評選。

The villages were evaluated by an independent Advisory1 Board based on a set of criteria2, including cultural and natural resources, promotion3 and conservation of cultural resources, and economic and social sustainability.

參選的村莊由一個(gè)獨(dú)立的評委會(huì)按照一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評價(jià)，指標(biāo)包括文化和自然資源，文化資源的推廣和保護(hù)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性。

最終，來自32個(gè)國家的44個(gè)村莊入選“世界最 佳旅游鄉(xiāng)村”名單。

浙江省安吉縣余村

The village of Yucun is often referred to as the "beautiful town" as its environmentally conscious local authorities treasure the area's clear waters and green mountains to benefit the locals.

余村通常被稱為“美麗小鎮(zhèn)”，當(dāng)?shù)卣�府重視環(huán)保，對當(dāng)?shù)氐木G水青山的保護(hù)也造福了百姓。

Back in the 1980s and 1990s, the village based its economy on the area's high-quality mineral resources and became the "richest" community in Anji -- but it also paid a high price for pollution.

上世紀(jì)8、90年代，余村的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主要依托當(dāng)?shù)氐母哔|(zhì)量礦物資源，成為安吉縣最富鄉(xiāng)村，但同時(shí)當(dāng)?shù)匾惨蛭廴靖冻隽烁甙旱拇鷥r(jià)。

In recent years, Yucun has made great efforts to improve its environment and by now it has become a popular tourist destination. In 2017, it welcomed 400,000 domestic and international visitors and was awarded the title of National Ecological4 Cultural Village.

近幾年，余村大力改善環(huán)境，如今已成為熱門旅游景點(diǎn)。2017年，余村共接待國內(nèi)外游客40萬人次，并被授予“全國生態(tài)文化村”稱號。

安徽省黟縣西遞村

Xidi is located just 40 km from the Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) tourist attraction. The history of the village dates back around 1,000 years. It is surrounded by mountains and known for its unique, elegant black tile roof wooden houses and decorative5 gate towers.

西遞村距離黃山只有40公里，有1000多年的歷史。那里群山環(huán)繞，以其獨(dú) 特精巧的青瓦、木屋及裝飾性門樓(即徽派建筑)為人熟知。

Xidi ranks among China's ten most important historic and cultural settlements. It became a UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage Site in 2000 and was named a national 5A-class scenic6 spot in 2011.

西遞村位列中國十 大歷史文化名村，2000年被聯(lián)合國教科文組織列入世界文化遺產(chǎn)名錄，2011年被正式授予“國家5A級旅游景區(qū)”稱號。
