　　像個(gè)傻瓜般投入得透徹。

　　squaring your moon...

　　I want to know

　　if you have touched

　　the centre of your own sorrow

　　if you have been opened

　　by life's betrayals

　　or have become shrivelled and closed

　　from fear of further pain.

　　if you can sit with pain

　　而不是去掩飾它、淡忘它，

　　或過于在意它。

　　if you can be with joy

　　mine or your own

　　if you can dance with wildness

　　and let the ecstasy fill you

　　to the tips of your fingers and toes

　　without cautioning us

　　to be careful

　　to be realistic

　　to remember the limitations

　　of being human.

　　翩翩起舞，無拘無束，

　　讓激情從指尖到腳趾充滿你的身體，

　　這一刻，

　　忘記謹(jǐn)小慎微，

　　忘記現(xiàn)實(shí)殘酷，

　　忘記生命極限的束縛。

　　I want to know

　　if you can live with failure

　　yours and mine

　　and still stand at the edge of the lake

　　and shout to the silver of the full moon,

　　"Yes."

　　我想知道，

　　你能否坦然面對(duì)失敗

　　——你的或者我的，

　　即使失敗，也能站在湖邊，

　　對(duì)著銀色的圓月高喊：

　　“我可以�！�

　　I want to know

　　if you can be alone

　　with yourself

　　and if you truly like

　　the company you keep

　　in the empty moments.

　　我只想知道，生命之火熊熊燃燒時(shí)，
