　　很多公司的客服宣傳用語(yǔ)都會(huì)用24/7這個(gè)數(shù)字組合來(lái)表示“全天候24小時(shí)”的概念。如今，這個(gè)概念有了升級(jí)版24/7/365，指“全年無(wú)休，每天24小時(shí)”。當(dāng)然了，如果遇上閏年，還得記得把365改成366。

　　24/7/365, also alternatively written as hyphenated24-7-365, has recently begun to appear to describethe concept of 'happening constantly', throughoutthe entire day, and on every day of the year. It is ofcourse an abbreviation of the phrase 24 hours aday, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and can beused either as an adverb, e.g. the centre opens24/7/365, or as an adjective, e.g. we offer 24/7/365 customer support.

　　24/7/365，也可寫(xiě)作24-7-365，近幾年常用來(lái)形容“持續(xù)無(wú)休”的概念，即全天、一年中的每一天都不停歇。這三個(gè)數(shù)字組合就是“一天24小時(shí)，一周7天，及一年365天”概念的縮寫(xiě)形式，既可用作副詞，如，這個(gè)中心一年365天，天天24小時(shí)開(kāi)放;也可用作形容詞，如，我們提供全年無(wú)休，全天候24小時(shí)客戶(hù)服務(wù)。

　　24/7/365 has appeared more regularly in the last couple of years or so, and is of courseinspired by the use of the term 24/7 to mean 'all the time', i.e. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.With its embellishment of 365, this new variation emphasizes the fact that somethinghappens not only all day, but also on every day of the calendar year, with no breaks forweekends, public or other holidays. However unlike days and weeks, which unequivocallycontain 24 hours and 7 days respectively, the number of days in a year varies once every fouryears. 　　24/7/365這個(gè)說(shuō)法近幾年出現(xiàn)得比較頻繁，源自于之前常用來(lái)形容“每時(shí)每刻”的24/7這個(gè)說(shuō)法，即全天24小時(shí)、一周7天都不停歇。加入365這個(gè)概念后，該表達(dá)強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，某件事不但全天候不停歇，而且一年中的每一天都在進(jìn)行當(dāng)中，沒(méi)有周末，也沒(méi)有公共或其他各類(lèi)假日。不過(guò)，與一天24小時(shí)和一周7天這樣固定不變的時(shí)間概念不同的是，一年中的天數(shù)會(huì)因?yàn)槊克哪暌淮蔚拈c年而有所變化。比如，2012年是閏年，我們?cè)谑褂眠@個(gè)表達(dá)時(shí)就要稍作改變寫(xiě)成24/7/366。
