今年第三季度和下半年，安全生產(chǎn)工作將面臨著一系列新情況、新問題和新挑戰(zhàn)。

　　一是隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)企穩(wěn)回升，能源原材料、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)仁袌?chǎng)需求增長(zhǎng)，安全監(jiān)管的難度增加。

　　二是國(guó)家和地方政府為擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)而投入資金建設(shè)的大量新建、改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目，將集中進(jìn)入開工建設(shè)、試車試產(chǎn)階段，安全生產(chǎn)“三同時(shí)”監(jiān)管、施工安全監(jiān)管等任務(wù)繁重。

　　三是隨著主汛期的全面進(jìn)入，暴雨、颶風(fēng)、高溫等極端天氣現(xiàn)象增多，安全生產(chǎn)面臨洪水、泥石流、山體滑坡等自然災(zāi)害的潛在威脅。四是迎接新中國(guó)成立60周年期間，首都及各地將舉辦一系列大型慶�；顒�(dòng)，人員密集場(chǎng)所，煙花爆竹的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸和燃放等安全工作任務(wù)十分艱巨。
