　　今天，2013“天視”杯中國(guó)•溫州國(guó)際山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)挑戰(zhàn)賽即將拉開(kāi)帷幕，我謹(jǐn)代表溫州市人民政府和大賽組委會(huì)，向來(lái)自世界各地的朋友們表示誠(chéng)摯的歡迎!

　　溫州是一座環(huán)境秀美的山水城市。溫州以氣候溫和而得名，境內(nèi)山江河海島平原兼?zhèn)�，自然生態(tài)環(huán)境得天獨(dú)厚，是戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的理想樂(lè)園。

　　溫州是一座歷史悠久的文化名城。是西漢時(shí)期東甌王國(guó)的故地、中國(guó)山水詩(shī)的發(fā)祥地、中國(guó)南戲的故鄉(xiāng)、中國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)家的搖籃。

　　溫州是一座商行天下的開(kāi)放之城。溫州的最大特色是“走出去”，230萬(wàn)溫州人馳騁海內(nèi)外經(jīng)商創(chuàng)業(yè)，在世界各地打造溫州品牌、創(chuàng)造溫州奇跡，樹(shù)立了“世界溫州人”形象。

　　溫州人民熱愛(ài)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)，崇尚健康生活。近年來(lái)，我們積極推動(dòng)體育公共服務(wù)和體育文化繁榮發(fā)展，獲得了國(guó)際象棋之城、全國(guó)武術(shù)之鄉(xiāng)、中國(guó)象棋之鄉(xiāng)、中國(guó)龍舟名城、全國(guó)游泳之鄉(xiāng)等稱號(hào)。我們大力發(fā)展競(jìng)技體育，涌現(xiàn)了一大批如朱啟南、江鈺源、夏煊澤等體壇名將，先后獲得2個(gè)奧運(yùn)冠軍、47個(gè)世界冠軍、63個(gè)亞洲冠軍、341個(gè)全國(guó)冠軍。

　　今天，來(lái)自世界15個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)高手，走進(jìn)美麗溫州，展現(xiàn)精湛技藝，挑戰(zhàn)自我極限。作為東道主，我們將全力以赴提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)，為運(yùn)動(dòng)員創(chuàng)造良好的競(jìng)賽環(huán)境。

　　Today marks the opening ceremony of the 2013 Tianshi Cup Wenzhou Outdoor Challenge. On behalf of the Wenzhou Municipal Government and the Organizing Committee, I wish to extend a warm welcome to friends coming from all over the world.

　　Wenzhou is a city boasting beautiful landscape. It derives its name from its warm and pleasant climate. With varying terrains and sound ecological environment, its mountains, rivers, lakes, islands and plains, provide an ideal setting for outdoor sports.

　　Wenzhou is a city with time-honored history and profound culture. It used to be the origin of East Ou Kingdom, and is known as the birthplace of China’s landscape poetry, origin of China’s southern play and cradle of Chinese mathematicians.

　　Wenzhou is an open city with dynamic business activities. The city is most renowned for its businessmen venturing outside. Currently 2.3 million Wenzhounese are running business at home and abroad, promoting Wenzhou brands and building Wenzhou miracles around the world.

　　Wenzhou people love sports and healthy lifestyles. In recent years, the city has vigorously pushed the development of public sports service and have won national titles such as city of martial arts, city of Chinese chess, city of dragon boat and city of swimming. For years the city also invests heavily in competitive sports, and has nurtured sports stars such as Zhu Qinan、Jiang Yuyuan and Xia Xuanze. So far these Wenzhou athletes have won 2 Olympic champions, 47 world champions, 63 Asian titles and 341 national titles.

　　Today athletes from 15 countries gather in Wenzhou to put on a dazzling sports event and test their own limits. As the host city, we will spare no effort to provide quality service and create a sound environment for fair competition.

　　Also, it is our hope that you can take some time to look around our city during your stay here. The beautiful sceneries of the city will sure leave pleasant memories with you. In closing, I wish all the athletes the best of luck and wish the game a complete success. Thank you!
