　　一、口譯技巧

　　1.語序調(diào)整

　　如果一家企業(yè)分布的地域?qū)拸V，那么根據(jù)地理特點(diǎn)來設(shè)立部門也許是有效的做法。

　　If an enterprise covers a broad geographic area, itmay be efficient to have departments based ongeography. (后一句的譯法運(yùn)用形式主語it，語序進(jìn)行調(diào)整)

　　如果項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理對完成項(xiàng)目有明確的目標(biāo)，那么這種組織體系是富有效率的。

　　The system is efficient if the project manager has a clear objective in the completion of theproject.

　　只要有利于達(dá)到企業(yè)目標(biāo)，這個(gè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)就是有效的。

　　The structure will be effective so long as it contributes to this purpose.

　　2.詞性轉(zhuǎn)化

　　動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為名詞

　　把一家企業(yè)的組織分成不同的部門而每一個(gè)部門由一名下級經(jīng)理管理，這通常不能僅以數(shù)目多寡為基礎(chǔ)。

　　The division of the organization of an enterprise into separate departments, each under asubordinate manager, is not generally based simply on numbers.(原文中“由管理”運(yùn)用動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為介詞的技巧)

　　項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理要對該項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)并行使權(quán)力，其屬下的人員將從各職能部門調(diào)派。

　　The project manager has the responsibility and authority for a given project, and subordinatesare assigned to this manager from functional departments.

　　動(dòng)詞轉(zhuǎn)化為介詞

　　為了節(jié)省和方便管控，常常把一些專項(xiàng)活動(dòng)如采購、會計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析等交給服務(wù)部門處理，由參謀部門提出建議，協(xié)調(diào)管理關(guān)系。

　　For the sake of cost and convenience, specialized activities such as purchasing, accountingand data processing are placed in service department, with proposal from staff department formanagement coordination.

　　3.省略

　　在大多數(shù)情況下這個(gè)組織必須能夠反映企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)功能，如企業(yè)的工程、生產(chǎn)、營銷、營業(yè)和財(cái)務(wù)等。

　　In most cases, the organization reflects the functions of the enterprises such as engineering, production, marketing, operations, and finance. (省略重復(fù)的詞語)

　　矩陣組織是一個(gè)靈活的組織，它會隨著項(xiàng)目的結(jié)束而解散。

　　Matrix organization is flexible in that a project ceases to exist when it is completed. (省略重復(fù)的詞語)

　　在某些結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中，或許還設(shè)有專門的顧問部門，負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)管理，但無權(quán)直接管理各下級部門。

　　In a complex modern enterprise, there may also be specialized advisory departments whichhave responsibilities for assisting management but which lack authority over lower levels.(省略動(dòng)詞)
