　　近期，新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情在中國(guó)多地發(fā)生，為了有效防控疾病，為了大家的健康、安全，請(qǐng)大家注意:

　　As the Novel Coronavirus is spreading to many parts of China recently, in order to curb this epidemic spreading for the benefit of your health and safety, please observe the following advice:

　　1：所有學(xué)生不要提前返校，返校時(shí)間如果有變化，學(xué)校會(huì)及時(shí)通知。

　　No students shall return to university campus until further notice.

　　2：疫情防控期間，減少外出，不參加聚會(huì)、聚餐等活動(dòng)。

　　Stay inside your premises as much as possible and do not gather in crowds for parties, meals or any other activities before the epidemic spread is over.

　　3：不去人員密集的場(chǎng)所，如機(jī)場(chǎng)、車站等地。如需外出，做好防護(hù)措施，回來(lái)后做好消毒處理。

　　Reduce your exposure to public places. Do not go to airports, train stations or any other public place likely to have a crowd. Avoid close contact with anyone in public places. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces.

　　4：校園實(shí)施封閉管理，外來(lái)人員不能進(jìn)入，請(qǐng)不要邀請(qǐng)或接收外來(lái)人員進(jìn)入學(xué)校。

　　The campus is closed to visitors.

　　5：如果有班主任老師或輔導(dǎo)員老師詢問個(gè)人情況，請(qǐng)主動(dòng)配合，如實(shí)回答詢問。如果隱瞞情況、出行行蹤不匯報(bào)造成不良后果的，將依法追究責(zé)任。

　　Report your visits or travel routes to your teacher or counsellor. Avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough. Or you shall be held accountable for any consequences.

　　6：保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，宿舍房間勤打掃、勤通風(fēng);早睡早起，不熬夜;按時(shí)吃飯，適當(dāng)鍛煉身體。

　　Maintain good personal hygiene habits. Keep your dormitory rooms clean and ventilate well. Early to bed and early to rise. Eat your meals and do physical exercises regularly. Avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough.

　　7：避免接觸任何野生動(dòng)物、家禽、流浪動(dòng)物等;勤洗手，勤消毒。

　　Avoid contact with live animals. Frequently clean your hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

　　8：正確對(duì)待目前的疫情，科學(xué)、認(rèn)真做好防控工作。

　　Protect yourself and others from getting sick.

　　9：寒假留校學(xué)生原則上不得外出，如身體不適確需就醫(yī)按照如下方案處置：

　　Do not leave campus during your winter vacation. If you do not feel well, seek medical care early in the following steps:

　　1)無(wú)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咽痛、肌肉乏力等癥狀、且無(wú)湖北接觸史的留校學(xué)生需到醫(yī)院正常就醫(yī)的，與負(fù)責(zé)老師聯(lián)系，學(xué)校派車正常就醫(yī);回校后自覺在房間做好隔離，陪同人員需做好相關(guān)防護(hù)措施。

　　1) If you cough or have a sore throat or feel weak, but do not have fever, did not have any direct contact with people from Hubei, seek medical care as usual. Ask your teacher to arrange the transportation. Stay inside your dorm upon return and avoid contacting others. Companions to the doctor should protect themselves.

　　2)有發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咽痛、肌肉乏力、其他明顯不適癥狀的人員，必須撥打120電話，由救護(hù)車轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)熱門診就診，同時(shí)報(bào)告班主任或輔導(dǎo)員老師。

　　2) If you have fever, cough and sore throat and feel weak, dial 120 to call an ambulance to take you to the specialized clinic. Report to your teacher at the same time.
