在人的一生中教育是不可分割的一部分。它承載了知識和文明，促進(jìn)了科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步。在我看來，教育不盡屬于年經(jīng)人，而是一個一生的過程。
其中一個原因就是隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，社會發(fā)展的速度也是驚人的。如果大學(xué)畢業(yè)后就停止學(xué)習(xí)，人們很難跟上社會發(fā)展的腳步，很容易在激烈的 競爭中被淘汰。比如說IT技術(shù)。信息正在以以前幾倍的速度增長。如果人們不學(xué)習(xí)最新的知識他們就不能發(fā)展新技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品。因此，人們應(yīng)該終身學(xué)習(xí)。
正如諺語所說“活到老學(xué)到老“。為了跟隨世界的腳步，人們必須終生學(xué)習(xí)，否則他們將落于人后。

Education is an indispensable part in one’s life. It illuminates human knowledge and culture, improving the development of science and technology. In my point of view, education is not only for young people, it should be proceeding in people’s whole life.
For one reason, our society is developing at an amazing speed along with the improvement of science and technology. If people stop studying after graduation from university, they can not keep pace with the steps of social development and easy to be eliminated in the fierce competition. Take the IT as an example. The amount of information is increasing in a speed dozens of times faster than before. If a person does not learn the latest knowledge they would not be able to develop new technology and products. Therefore, a person should take a lifelong learning.
As the saying goes, “never too old to learn.” To keep up with the development of world, a person must study during his whole life. Otherwise, he will lag far behind the others.

教育
教育不是目的，而是達(dá)到目的的手段。換句話說，我們教育孩子不僅僅是為了使他們受到教育。我們的目的是讓他們適應(yīng)生活。
在有些現(xiàn)代國家中有種流行的想法，那就是全民義務(wù)教育可以解決一切社會問題、建立起完美的國家。但我們也能看到，僅有全民義務(wù)教育是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)在這些國家中，很多擁有大學(xué)學(xué)位的人拒絕從事那些他們認(rèn)為“低等”的工作，實際上，在這些國家里，體力勞動被認(rèn)為是骯臟、丟人的。但只要我們想一下就能明白，其實那些完全沒受過教育的農(nóng)民的工作要比教授的工作重要得多;沒有教育我們可以生活，但是沒有食物我們只有死路一條。如果沒有人每天清掃街道，把垃圾從我們家中運走，我們的城鎮(zhèn)就會感染可怕的疾病。 ·
事實上，當(dāng)我們說所有的人都必須接受教育以適應(yīng)生活的時候，意思是我們必須受到這樣的教育：第一，每個人都可以做任何適合自己智力、能力的工作的;第二，我們應(yīng)該意識到所有的工作都是社會的必要組成，為某人的工作感到羞恥是很不正確的。只有這樣的教育才能被認(rèn)為是真正對社會有益的教育。

Education is not an end, but a means to an end. In other words, we do not educate children only for educating them. Our purpose is to fit them for life.
In some modern countries it has been fashionable to think that free education for all can solve all the problems of society and build a perfect nation. But we can already see that free education for all is not enough.We find in such countries a far larger number of people with university degrees refusing to do what they think is "low"work, and. in fact, working with one’s hands is thought to be dirty and shameful in such countries. But we have only to think a moment to understand that the work of a completely uneducated farmer is far more important than that of a professor~ we can live without education,but we die if we have no food. If no one cleaned our streets and took the rubbish away from our houses, we should get terrible diseases in our towns.
In fact, when we say that all of us must be educated to fit us for life, it means that we must be educated in such a way that, firstly, each of us can do whatever work is suited to his brains and ability and, secondly, that we can realize that all jobs are necessary to society, and that it is very bad to be ashamed of one’s work. Only such a type of education can be considered valuable to society.

失敗是常有的事。失敗可以隨時隨地發(fā)生在任何人身上。常勝將軍是沒有的。你越想要取得成就，你就越有可能遇到更多的失敗。所以人們時時都會遇到失敗。
對待失敗人們有各種有同的態(tài)度。有些人懼怕失敗，他們承受不起失敗的打擊，因此，他們踟躕不前，不思進(jìn)取。然而些樂觀的人勇敢地同失敗作斗爭，最終實現(xiàn)了所有的目標(biāo)。
我的態(tài)度是不怕失敗。當(dāng)我們遇到困難時，不可喪失信心。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)鼓足勇氣，堅持我們從事的事業(yè)。要記�。河兄菊呤戮钩�。

Failure is not a stranger to life. It can happen anywhere, anytime and to anyone. No person succeeds all the time. The more development you want to make, the more failure you might encounter. So, people are faced with failure now and then.
There are different attitudes towards failure. Some people are afraid of failure and they can not bear the blow of failure, so they stay where they are and try to not to mike progress. Some optimists, however, fight against failure bravely and achieve all his aims at last.
My attitude is that we aren’t afraid of failure. When we meet with failure, we don’t lose heart. We should call up all our courage and persist in what you are engaged in. Remember the proverb: Where there is a will, there is a way.
