　　歐洲是世界上的一支重要力量。中國(guó)始終高度重視歐洲，始終將發(fā)展對(duì)歐關(guān)系作為中國(guó)外交的優(yōu)先方向，一如既往堅(jiān)定支持歐洲一體化進(jìn)程。中國(guó)進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，未來(lái)中國(guó)持續(xù)發(fā)展的光明前景將為中歐關(guān)系發(fā)展帶來(lái)新的機(jī)遇。

　　中歐應(yīng)在維護(hù)世界和平上加強(qiáng)合作。中方愿與歐方一道，繼續(xù)恪守《聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章》的宗旨和原則，推動(dòng)對(duì)話協(xié)商化解紛爭(zhēng)和矛盾、消弭戰(zhàn)亂和沖突，維護(hù)世界和平、促進(jìn)人類發(fā)展。

　　中歐在發(fā)展務(wù)實(shí)合作上前景廣闊。中歐之間每分鐘的貿(mào)易額超過(guò)100萬(wàn)美元，中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)歐投資為歐洲各國(guó)創(chuàng)造了大量就業(yè)崗位;雙方人文交往密切，每周有600多個(gè)航班往來(lái)于中歐之間，去年人員往來(lái)超過(guò)660萬(wàn)人次，明年的中歐旅游年將為雙方進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)交流創(chuàng)造新的機(jī)遇。中方愿與歐方加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)與合作，深入對(duì)接“一帶一路”倡議與歐洲發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，全面落實(shí)《中歐合作2020戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃》，積極加強(qiáng)五大平臺(tái)合作。

　　中歐在捍衛(wèi)國(guó)際秩序上可以攜手同行。中歐雙方均堅(jiān)持踐行多邊主義，致力于維護(hù)國(guó)際多邊主義規(guī)則和體系，在氣候變化、伊朗核問(wèn)題等全球治理和重大國(guó)際和地區(qū)問(wèn)題上保持著密切溝通協(xié)調(diào)，為促進(jìn)國(guó)際社會(huì)共同發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要作用。中方愿秉持共商共建共享的全球治理觀，與歐方一起參與全球治理體系改革與建設(shè)，共同應(yīng)對(duì)全球性挑戰(zhàn)。

　　Europe is a major force in the world. China places great importance on Europe, considers Europe as a diplomatic priority and continues to give firm support to the European integration process. China embracing a brighter future in the new era means new opportunities for the growth of China-Europe relations.

　　China and Europe need to work more closely for world peace. China will work with Europe in the spirit of the UN Charter to facilitate the settlement of disputes and turmoil through dialogue and consultation, and promote peace and development for all.

　　China and Europe enjoy immense possibilities for pragmatic cooperation. China and the EU trade more than US$ 1 million with every passing minute. Chinese investment creates a large number of local jobs for Europeans.

　　Our people-to-people exchanges are close, as marked by more than 600 flights between the two sides every week and more than 6.6 million mutual visits last year alone. The 2018 China-EU Tourism Year will see even more interactions.

　　China is ready to engage more closely with Europe to forge synergy between the Belt and Road Initiative and Europe’s development strategies, fully implement the China-EU 2020 Strategic Agenda for Cooperation, and enhance cooperation on the five platforms (namely co-investment vehicle, connectivity platform, digitisation, migration and mobility dialogue, and legal affairs dialogue).

　　China and Europe could join hands in safeguarding international order. Both sides uphold multilateralism and strive to be a force for international rules and system. The two sides have worked closely to tackle climate change, the Iranian nuclear issue, among other regional and global challenges.

　　And both stand to contribute to common development in the world. In global governance, China is committed to the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits. China hopes to collaborate with Europe to reform and improve the global governance regime and work out better solutions to the challenges both face.
