　　Shanghai cuisine, usually called Benbang cuisine, is the youngest among the major regional cuisines in China, with a history of more than 400 years. Like all other Chinese regional cuisines, Benbang cuisines takes “ color, aroma and taste” as its essential quality elements.//Shanghai cuisine emphasizes in particular the expert use of seasonings, the selection of raw materials with quality texture, and original flavors. Shanghai cuisine is famous for a special snack known as Nanxiang Steamed Meat Dumplings and a special dish called “Squirrel-Shaped Mandarin Fish”.//Nanxiang Steamed Meat Dumplings are small in size, with thin and translucent wrappers, filled inside with ground pork and rich tasty soup. Squirrel-Shaped Mandarin Fish is yellow-colored and squirrel-shaped, with a crispy skin and tender meat, all covered with a sweet and sour source.//After tasting Squirrel-Shaped Mandarin Fish, we are always amazed by the squirrel shape and think that it is more appropriate to plus “appearance” as the fourth element.

　　上海菜系是中國(guó)最年輕的地方菜系，通常被成為“本幫菜”，有著400多年的歷史。同中國(guó)其他菜系一樣，“本幫菜”具有“色，香，味”三大要素。//上海菜的特點(diǎn)是注重調(diào)料的使用，食物的質(zhì)地和菜的原汁原味。其中最著名的有特色點(diǎn)心“南翔小籠”和特色菜“松鼠鮭魚”。//“南翔小籠”是豬肉餡，個(gè)小味美，皮薄汁醇。“松鼠鮭魚”色澤黃亮，形如松鼠，外皮脆而內(nèi)肉嫩，湯汁酸甜適口。//在品嘗過“松鼠鮭魚”之后，我們常常驚訝于“松鼠”的形狀，覺得在三大評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上在添加“形”這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才更合適。//

　　沒有一個(gè)人將小草叫“大力士”，但是它的力量之大，的確是世所罕見。這種力，是一般人看不見的生命力，只要生命存在，這種力就要顯現(xiàn)，上面的石塊，絲毫不足以阻擋，因?yàn)樗�是一種“長(zhǎng)期抗戰(zhàn)”的力，有彈性，能屈能伸的力，有韌性，不大目的不止的力。種子不落在肥土而落在瓦礫中，有生命力的種子決不會(huì)悲觀和嘆氣，因?yàn)橛辛俗枇Σ庞心ゾ�。生命開始的一瞬間就帶了斗爭(zhēng)來的草，才是堅(jiān)韌的草，也只有這種草才可以傲然地對(duì)那些玻璃棚中養(yǎng)育著的盆花哄笑。

　　Though the little grass has never been said to be Herculean, the power it shows is matchless in the world. It is an invisible force of life. So long as there is life, the force will show itself. The rock above it is not heavy enough to prevent the seed from growing, because it is a force that keeps growing over a period of time, because it is an elastic force that can shrink and expand, because it is a tenacious force that will not stop growing until it is grown.The seed does not choose to fall on fertile land but in debris, instead. The seed with life is never pessimistic or sad, for it has undergone resistance and pressure. The grass that begins to fight its way out right after its birth is strong and tenacious, and only that grass has the right to smile with pride at the potted plants in glassed green houses.
