　　銷售信函 (Sales Letter)

　　推銷產(chǎn)品是商務(wù)活動(dòng)中一重要環(huán)節(jié)，其目的是要吸引對(duì)方的注意，激發(fā)購(gòu)買欲望，最后售出貨物。銷售信函內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括：

　　1) 介紹所推銷產(chǎn)品的情況，如性能、價(jià)格等較同類產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)越。

　　2) 附帶一些優(yōu)惠條件或幫助。

　　此類信函需措辭得當(dāng)、簡(jiǎn)潔精練、語(yǔ)氣肯定、具有說(shuō)服力。忌離題、冗長(zhǎng)、華而不實(shí)。

　　2.1. We take pleasure in enclosing the latest catalogue of... / price list of...

　　我方十分樂(lè)意為您(貴方)寄上我們最新的……商品目錄 / 價(jià)格表。

　　2.2. This item, superior in quality and moderate in price, is sure to be salable in your market.

　　本產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量上乘，價(jià)格適中，在你方市場(chǎng)一定有銷路。

　　2.3. We expect you to try our products and are sure that you would be pleased with...

　　希望貴方使用我方的產(chǎn)品，相信貴方對(duì)……定會(huì)感到滿意。

　　2.4. We inform you that since price is subject to change, please put an order before 8 Oct. if possible.

　　敬告貴方，由于價(jià)格可能變動(dòng)，如果可能請(qǐng)?jiān)?0月8日前訂貨。

　　2.5. We regret that we have had no opportunity to do business with you.

　　很遺憾我方與貴公司仍未有生意往來(lái)。

　　2.6. The high quality of our product is well known and universally acknowledged.

　　我方產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量已是眾所周知，并得到廣泛認(rèn)可。
